Important Note: We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Please review the following guidelines to ensure your return process is as seamless as our designs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A return authorization number is required (see process below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure customer satisfaction, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories Gifts – Due to the personal nature of gift items
  • Swimwear (from our Surf Swim collection) – For hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with promotional discounts
  • Items without original tags or that show signs of wear

Return & Exchange Process

1 Request Return Authorization

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Prepare Your Package

Once you receive your return authorization number, include it in your package. Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

3 Ship Your Return

Ship your package to our returns department at:

4 Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed

International Returns

As we proudly ship Cynthia Rowley designs worldwide (excluding Asian countries and select remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in US dollars, and your financial institution will determine the exchange rate.
