We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping: We ship worldwide excluding Asian countries and select remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging is included when possible
• A return authorization number is obtained

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following cannot be returned:

• Accessories Gifts (due to their personal nature)
• Swimwear from our Surf Swim collection
• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased with promotional discounts
• Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

4.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• International refunds are issued in US dollars; exchange rates determined by your financial institution
